Situated near Union Station in the heart of Worcester, The Benjamin, located at 274 Franklin Street, is a major residential development currently under construction. The project is designed to bring a new multifamily community to the area, combining a substantial number of residential units with shared amenities and integrated parking to support urban living.

The development is being led by The Michaels Organization in partnership with GoVenture Capital Group, with architectural design by Maugel DeStefano Architects, whose work focuses on creating a modern and functional residential environment. D.F. Pray is overseeing construction as the general contractor, coordinating the build as the project moves forward.

Bridgeline Exteriors is involved in the project’s exterior scope, contributing to the execution and quality of the building envelope as construction progresses.
