Located in Warwick, Rhode Island, Skye City Centre is a new mixed-use multifamily development designed to bring a modern residential experience to the city’s rapidly growing City Centre district. The four-story community will feature 297 residential units along with ground-floor retail space, including restaurants and cafés, as well as an integrated five-level parking garage with more than 470 parking spaces. Positioned adjacent to T.F. Green International Airport and the MBTA commuter rail station, the project is designed to provide residents with convenient regional connectivity combined with a contemporary urban lifestyle.

The project is being developed by LeCesse Development Corp. in partnership with Michael Integlia & Company, with architectural design led by 5G Studio Collaborative and civil engineering provided by DiPrete Engineering. Construction management is being overseen by Callahan Construction Managers as the development progresses toward its anticipated completion in 2027.

Skye City Centre has been thoughtfully planned to create a vibrant residential environment centered around modern amenities and community-focused spaces. Residents will have access to expansive landscaped courtyards, a resort-style pool, fitness facilities with yoga and cycling studios, coworking areas, lounges, and walkable retail destinations integrated directly into the development. The exterior design incorporates a sophisticated blend of materials, including Fiber Cement Panels, Nichiha RiftSawn Panels, and CertainTeed Monogram Vinyl Siding, contributing to the project’s contemporary architectural identity while enhancing durability and long-term performance.
