Located in Worcester, Massachusetts, Colony on Grove – Phases 1 & 2 is a senior housing redevelopment project featuring two modern residential buildings with up to five stories. The development will incorporate contemporary architecture, private balconies, and thoughtfully selected exterior finishes. Additionally, these phases will contribute to the revitalization of the existing retirement community, providing a more comfortable and welcoming environment for residents.
Dellbrook will serve as the General Contractor, while PCA will lead the architectural design. Developed by Colony Retirement Homes, the project will bring together experienced teams to ensure a coordinated construction process.
Bridgeline Exteriors is proud to have been selected for this project. Our scope includes the installation of fiber cement siding, architectural panels, ACM panels, metal siding, and thermally modified wood cladding. The exterior will feature James Hardie Architectural Panels, James Hardie Artisan Shiplap, James Hardie Shingles, Nichiha 3030 Ribbed Panels, and Ceraclad Modern Stripe. These products will introduce a variety of textures and finishes, contributing to the building’s distinctive architectural appearance.
Bridgeline Exteriors is excited to be part of Colony on Grove – Phases 1 & 2. This award represents another opportunity for our team to demonstrate its commitment to quality craftsmanship and contribute to a successful project alongside our construction partners.
