Located in Brockton, Massachusetts, the BLFC Performance Center is a new training facility developed to support Boston Legacy FC’s inaugural NWSL season. The project will provide a modern, high-performance environment for the athletes, combining contemporary architecture with Western Red Cedar details.
Callahan Construction Manager will serve as the General Contractor. Meanwhile, Studio Troika will lead the architectural design. Together, the project teams will work closely to maintain precision and quality throughout every phase of construction.
Bridgeline Exteriors will be responsible for installing TerraMai® Western Red Cedar Linear Slat Modular Panels and Rainscreen Boards, adding texture, elegance, and warmth to the building’s contemporary architecture. The Rainscreen system uses a specific shiplap profile with clip fastening, creating a drainage gap between the AWB and the wood siding, allowing rainwater to drain properly and helping prevent moisture buildup behind the cladding. In this project, the system will be used for both the wood siding, installed over the existing IMP, and the soffit, ensuring performance and a consistent finish throughout the exterior.
Throughout the project, our team will provide technical expertise, precise installation, and careful attention to detail. As a result, our work will contribute to the durability, long-term performance, and overall quality of the exterior.
Ultimately, Bridgeline Exteriors is proud to be part of another significant project. Our team remains committed to excellence, quality, and care throughout every stage of installation.
