Rising on a former MBTA trolley yard, Bartlett Station is being developed as a new 10-building, 367-unit mixed-use neighborhood featuring affordable, moderate, and market-rate rental and homeownership housing, senior housing, and future commercial/retail space.

At the center of this transformation, Building F5 is a 5-story, 49,000 SF building delivering 44 affordable rental homes along with generous community space designed to support residents and connection.

Sustainability is a key focus across the site. Bartlett Station is registered with the LEED-ND pilot program, and Building F5 is being built to achieve LEED certification while following Passive House construction standards for high performance and comfort.
