Located in Boston, Massachusetts, 295 West 1st St is a new development designed to combine contemporary architecture, durability, and high performance through a modern and visually striking exterior. Construction will be led by Callahan Construction Menagers as the General Contractor, while PCA, Inc. is responsible for the architectural design.

Collaboration among the project teams will be essential to ensuring that every detail is completed to the highest quality standards. Bridgeline Exteriors is proud to have been selected to install the insulation, rainscreen, and siding systems. The exterior will feature a carefully selected combination of James Hardie Lap, James Hardie Panel, Nichiha Ribbed, ALUCOBOND Plus, and Longboard PanelBoard, creating a sophisticated and durable façade with a variety of textures and finishes.

Throughout the project, our team will contribute technical expertise, precision, and close attention to detail at every stage of installation. Our work will help provide long-term performance, protection against weather conditions, and a high-quality exterior finish.
