Located in Newton, Massachusetts, Pattern District Building 4 is a new mixed-use development designed to contribute to a vibrant, sustainable, and walkable community. The approximately 240,foot building 000-square-will feature 120 residential units, ground-floor retail space opening onto the Village Green, and below-grade parking. As a result, the building will combine residential and commercial spaces to offer a contemporary urban experience within the larger Pattern District development.

The project is being developed by Northland Investment Corporation, while architectural design is being led by CUBE 3 and construction management is being overseen by Erland Construction. Additionally, Building 4 is designed to pursue Passive House and LEED certifications. Therefore, the project reflects the development team’s commitment to sustainability, energy efficiency, and high-performance construction.

Moreover, Building 4 has been thoughtfully designed to connect its residential spaces, ground-floor commercial offerings, and the surrounding community. Its exterior will incorporate a sophisticated combination of architectural metal systems, including ALUCOBOND® Aluminum Composite Material (ACM) and Morin metal panels. Together, these materials will enhance the building’s contemporary architectural identity while supporting the durability, efficiency, and long-term performance of its exterior envelope.

Finally, Bridgeline Exteriors is proud to have been awarded the exterior scope exclusively for Pattern District Building 4. Our involvement in this important development will be limited solely to this building. Throughout the project, our team will bring exceptional craftsmanship, technical expertise, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to quality, ensuring precision and high performance at every stage of the exterior envelope installation.
