Located in Danvers, Massachusetts, NEHD Danvers – The Waterhouse is a new senior living and multifamily development. The project will feature 140 residential units designed to provide a modern, comfortable, and welcoming environment. Moreover, it will combine thoughtful architecture with durable materials and high-performance exterior systems.

Windover Construction will serve as the General Contractor. Meanwhile, CUBE 3 will lead the architectural design. Together, the project teams will work closely to maintain precision and quality throughout every phase of construction.

Bridgeline Exteriors is proud to have been selected for this project. Our scope includes the installation of insulation, GreenGirt, and siding systems. Additionally, the exterior will feature James Hardie Panel, James Hardie Lap, and James Hardie Artisan. Together, these materials will create a durable and visually distinctive façade. Furthermore, their varied profiles and finishes will add depth and character to the building.
