2012 - 2014

After years working as a wood framing carpenter and sequentially in the roofing market, as an attempt to diversify and develop more specialized skills, Gustavo Lopes (the CEO) incorporates Bridgeline General Construction, a company focussed on roofing, gutters and siding in the Residential market.
Couple years later, Bridgeline General Construction now DBA Bridgeline Exteriors moves into the Commercial Construction Segment, and within the same year was awarded the first stand alone Commercial Siding Contract for Fiber Cement and Trim.

2015 - 2018

Bridgeline Exteriors was thrilled to welcome our first Vice President of Sales, who dedicated the next seven years to steering the company towards continuous growth. Proudly based in Charlestown, MA, Bridgeline Exteriors established an in house estimation department, boosting our project execution capabilities. We successfully expanded our reach by executing our first out-of-state projects in New Hampshire and Maine.
Additionally, we were honored to receive our Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) Certificate for the state of Massachusetts, reinforcing our dedication to diversity and excellence.

2019 - 2021

Bridgeline Exteriors proudly introduced its own estimation process, tripling the existing estimation team and implementing a new coordinator to boost project deliverables. Additionally, the company established a comprehensive Project Coordination team to support the field teams.
With contracts awarded in MA and NH, the company embarked on national expansion, bidding on its first contracts in the Mid-Atlantic and South East. To further enhance their capabilities, Bridgeline Exteriors created a dedicated Framing Division to service the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions.

2022

To better accommodate the growing team and business partners, Bridgeline found a new office to call “home” in Concord, MA and also launched the Bridgeline Academy course, under our new VP of business development responsibility, as an initiative to focus on employee education, leadership, and construction industry skills.
Within that same year, the company officially launched our secondary branches “Bridgeline Mid-Atlantic, Inc.” and “Bridgeline Southeast, Inc.”, commencing operations in Arlington, Virginia, and Raleigh, North Carolina, to service the DE, MD, Washington DC, VA, NC, SC, GA, and TN markets, in result of that expansion, Bridgeline was awarded its first Framing contract in Raleigh, NC.

2023

Keeping in mind the sense of community, Bridgeline decided to partner with YouthBuild Boston to promote the program growth and engagement with the next generations in construction and design.
Bridgeline Exteriors received its first national project recognition by winning the National Association of Women in Construction’s Project Excellence Award in the Residential Category for Hathon in Medway, MA, working alongside HQ Capital Real Estate, Toll Brothers Apartment Living, Cube3, and Dellbrook/JKS.
Additionally, Bridgeline Exteriors was honored by The New England Real Estate Journal, alongside V10 Development and Callahan Construction Managers, with the August 2023 Project of the Month Spotlight for The 600 in Everett, MA.

2024

The company was inducted into the NAWIC – Boston Board of Directors to lead the charge for education, support, and opportunities for women in construction and the companies and institutions that support them.

Furthermore, Bridgeline Exteriors continues to strive among the residential, capital and framing market.
