Located in Charlotte, North Carolina, Spacecraft’s “Cordo” at 515 Parkwood Avenue is a new mixed-use multifamily development focused on sustainable and mobility-oriented living in the growing Optimist Park neighborhood. The community will feature 287 residential units, ground-floor retail space, and modern amenities. Residents will also benefit from direct access to the nearby LYNX Light Rail Parkwood Station.

The project is being developed by Space Craft, with construction services provided by Swinerton and architectural design by Shook Kelley. The eight-story structure features exposed cross-laminated timber construction, supporting the project’s focus on sustainability and innovative urban design.

Exterior systems include James Hardie Fiber Cement Panels and Morin Matrix MX-9 Metal Panels. These high-performance materials enhance the building’s modern appearance while supporting long-term durability.
