Located in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, Prescott Post is a new Class-A multifamily development currently under construction on the site of a former vacant retail center. Spanning a 26-acre property, the community is planned to deliver 360 residential units across a collection of three- and four-story buildings, thoughtfully designed to reflect the scale and character of the Seacoast region while addressing the growing demand for housing in the area.

The project is being developed by Eastern Real Estate in partnership with The Kane Company, with architectural design by Utile. Callahan Construction Managers is serving as the general contractor, overseeing construction as the development moves through its phased delivery schedule, with initial occupancy anticipated in late 2026 and full completion targeted for 2027.

Designed with a strong emphasis on community and outdoor living, Prescott Post will feature more than two acres of green space alongside a range of residential amenities, including co-working areas, fitness facilities, outdoor gathering spaces, and walkable access to nearby retail and dining destinations. The exterior design incorporates a combination of materials including James Hardie siding, Morin panels, and Boral products, contributing to the project’s contemporary architectural character and durability.

Bridgeline Exteriors is contributing to the project’s exterior scope, supporting the execution and quality of the building envelope throughout construction.
