Bridgeline Exteriors is proud to partner with W.M. Jordan Company on the redevelopment of the former Sampson Paint building along Hull Street in Richmond, Virginia. This transformative mixed-use project will reposition the historic site into a vibrant residential community designed to serve the growing demand for urban living in the area.
The redevelopment includes the construction of approximately 98 apartment units supported by a nearly 200-space structured parking garage. In addition to residential living spaces, the building will feature a welcoming lobby, a dedicated fitness area, and clubhouse amenities that enhance the overall resident experience. The project reflects a thoughtful integration of modern design, functionality, and community-oriented space planning.
As part of the project team, Bridgeline Exteriors is delivering high-performance exterior systems that support long-term durability, building efficiency, and aesthetic impact. Through close collaboration with W.M. Jordan, the exterior scope is being executed to meet the demands of a multi-story mixed-use structure while contributing to the revitalization of the surrounding Hull Street corridor.
The Sampson Paint redevelopment represents a significant investment in Richmond’s continued growth, transforming a former industrial property into a dynamic residential destination that strengthens the neighborhood and enhances the urban fabric.
