@Bridgeline Exteriors is proud to be part of the transformation of the historic West Newton Armory into multi-generational affordable housing. Originally built between 1910–1912 and home to the Massachusetts State National Guard for over a century, the project preserves the Armory’s iconic castle-like façade while replacing the old field house with 43 new all-electric housing units. The design includes outdoor space, enhanced accessibility, garage parking, community rooms, and offices, prioritizing livability and connection. Sustainability is a core focus, targeting Phius CORE 2021 Design Certification with solar-ready, all-electric infrastructure.
