Bridgeline Exteriors is contributing to the development of a new residential building at 400 Belgrade Avenue in West Roxbury. The project will transform a 10,437-square-foot site into a thoughtfully designed apartment community featuring 20 two-bedroom residences and 20 on-site parking spaces.

Three of the units are designated as affordable housing, supporting the City of Boston’s continued efforts to expand access to attainable residential options. The development replaces a long-vacant former gas station property, representing a meaningful reinvestment in the corridor and an improvement to the surrounding streetscape.

The proposed building includes a rooftop deck to provide generous outdoor space for residents, enhancing livability within the urban setting. As part of the permitting process, the project is seeking zoning relief related to height, floor area ratio, and parking requirements.

We are proud to support the construction of this new multifamily development, delivering high-performance exterior systems that contribute to the durability, efficiency, and long-term value of the building.
