
Bridgeline Exteriors is proud to be part of the new 39-unit affordable senior housing development at 3371 Washington Street in Jamaica Plain, Boston. This 35,000-square-foot, ground-up project will provide thoughtfully designed one-bedroom residences with ground-floor amenity space, all within walking distance of the Green Street MBTA station.
Designed to meet the PHIUS+ 2021 Passive House standard, the building incorporates high-performance exterior envelope assemblies, energy-efficient mechanical systems, and a rooftop photovoltaic array to support long-term sustainability and resident comfort. Enhanced accessibility features and adaptable units are integrated throughout to ensure functional, comfortable living spaces.
The project also contributes to the surrounding neighborhood with widened sidewalks, new landscaping, lighting, and bike parking in alignment with the City of Boston’s Complete Streets initiative.
